Previewing Stethos 1.0

Stethos 1.0 is our first medical AI model, created for Lunas workflows across everyday medical questions, personal records, rural access, Clinic sharing, and Lab research.

We are previewing Stethos 1.0 as the model layer behind Lunas. It is being shaped around practical medical assistance: asking better follow-up questions, preserving attached context, preparing clearer summaries, and supporting safer review workflows.

Built for personal health context

Stethos 1.0 is designed to help structure symptoms, files, notes, and research context into clearer review-ready outputs.

Designed for professional review

When care decisions matter, Lunas keeps qualified professionals in the loop. The model assists; it does not replace judgment.

Prepared for Lab and genome workflows

The roadmap includes weak-connectivity support, file-aware summaries, longitudinal health data, and genome-report understanding in Lab.

What comes next

Stethos will be evaluated through task-specific benchmarks for medical questions, file review, Clinic collaboration, Lab workflows, genome-report understanding, and safety behavior before broader release.

Stethos 1.0 names a capability tier rather than a frozen release. We improve the model behind it as our evaluations show a clear gain, and from general availability we will publish a dated record of those revisions — so a change that makes Stethos better never arrives unannounced, and a change that would take a capability away is released under a new version number instead.
